What is Tallow? Tallow is rendered beef fat(fat from around the internal organs). It is cooked slowly at a low temperature and strained for impurities. Add this Tallow Cooking oil to a pan, air fryer, deep fryer, or grill. You can use Beef Tallow in your baking to replace highly processed oils such as canola or soy bean oil. Tallow adds amazing flavor to dishes and is a nutrient powerhouse that adds much needed nutrients to our foods. It is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which are considered good fats. These fats can lower inflammation in the body. It’s also  high in stearic acid, congugated Linoleic Acid(CLA), and full of vitamins that help boost your immunity, bone health, vision, and protects against free radicals that are harmful to our cells.  Tallow has a high smoke point which makes it ideal for cooking. It is solid at room temperature and melts when heated. Beef tallow can be reused up to 4x before needing to discard which makes this a very affordable oil to add to your pantry!
